Still working...

I am about to leave from work, just one more day until my journey begins. I am looking forward to the train ride from Cleveland to New York, and even more so, looking forward to hanging out with my buddy Craig. I have only had my bike set up for the tour for one day now, and i have ridden only about 10 miles with the full load of 38 pounds (minus food), but i feel confident that the approximately one thousand miles i have put in so far this year will do me justice in a couple of weeks. So, Monday i will be on the train, ALL day long, afterwards i am hoping to relax and have a drink or two. Two nearly full days in New York should be nice, maybe i can find some last minute items i may need for my trip. Then, finally, on Wednesday at 9:45 pm i will be flying towards Dublin, headed for Amsterdam, where the journey truly begins. I am really looking forward to it. I feel awkward for not having played any music, except for the occasional piano, harmonica foray, for i have been riding my bike constantly, working a lot too, and reading lots of materials both for my upcoming trip, and for the next semester of school. So, thats it for my first blog entry, ill post some pictures soon of my bike and gear, by saturday for sure. Until next time! Christopher
